We invite you to join this trio of American Early Music Veterans Shira Kammen, Mark Rimple, and Mary Springfels for a program inspired by the lively images of musicians that decorated the beautiful psalters of Gothic France and England.  In conjunction with the British Museum's 2010 Citole Symposium, the trio will present a selection of lively instrumental dances, evocative praise-songs, and delicately crafted motets, accompanying themselves on medieval citoles, vielle, harp and psaltery.
